Each presentation has a reserved 15-minute timeslot, which includes time for questions and discussion. We kindly ask you to plan for at least 3 minutes at the end of your presentation for audience questions. A chairperson will monitor the time during presentations to help everyone stay within their allotted timeframe. Please check the time of your presentation in the programme on our conference website.
File Requirements:
Please bring your presentation on a USB stick to the auditorium well in advance – preferably at the beginning of the conference day or during coffee breaks. Conference assistants will be available to help you upload your presentation. The presentation computers are portable PCs. If preferred, you may use your own laptop for the presentation as long as it has an HDMI port.
Our conference assistants are on call throughout the conference in case you need help. Assistants can be found at the info desk during conference hours.
If you have any questions regarding your presentation or the conference programme, please contact: maarit.karonen@utu.fi.
